Sudhaar has 10 years of experience in engaging youth in its multiple projects and programs. Sudhaar implemented 3 projects and programs in the thematic area of youth empowerment for their active role in sports, education, governance, advocacy, climate action etc. with the support of multiple national and international donors. The key achievements are as follows;

• Capacity building of more than 5000 youth/youth leaders
• Approximately, 323 Social Action Projects (SAPs) developed and implemented by youth under different projects
• Total of 7 SAPs wins national awards under Active Citizens Program
• Total 2 Youth Leaders selected for International Study Visits (ISVs) to Jordan and Indonesia.
• Approximately 27000 out of school children have been enrolled by youth volunteers in targeted government schools under Take A Child to School (TACS) Program.
• Sudhaar worked directly with youth inspiring them to become community activists and lead Social Action Projects.
• Exposure of the most dynamic “Active Citizens” at national and global level proved to be a good learning opportunity for youth.
