He is working in Sudhaar Organization as CEO. He joined this organization in October 2004 and started from gross root level. He has done his Masters in Education Planning & Management and in Political Science. He has more than 16 years work experience in social development sector. He has completed successfully more than 18 Projects on Child Labour including NFE Project (ILO), Elementary Formal Education for child labor (ISCOS/EU), School WES Project (UNICEF), Madrasah Mainstreaming Program (Save Sweden), Students’ Career Counselling Project (IRC), Emergency Response Project (UNICEF), Prevocational Education Program (SDC), Active Citizen Program (British Council), Connecting Classroom Program (British Council), Sports for Development Program (adidas), Social Cohesion & Resilience Program (UNICEF), Civic Education Project (UNDP), Gender Equity Project (USAID), Disaster Risk Reduction Project (UNICEF), Innovative Quality Reading Approaches Program (USAID) and Aawaz Agahe Program (FCDO). He has attended more than 15 national level professional trainings on Social Mobilization, Leadership, Community Development, Early Childhood Education, Emergency Response, Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment, Global Citizenship professional development, Effective communication, Report Writing, Developing Student Councils & Social Action Plan, Disaster Risk Reduction and 5 International professional training sessions on sports for development (4 in Germany and 1 in Nepal). He has participated in three International Conferences organized by Kickfair in Germany. He has good written & verbal communication skills in English, Urdu and Punjabi
