1. Move for the Planet Project (July 01, 2024 to April 30, 2025)
Sudhaar is implementing Move for the Planet Project with the support of adidas x Common Goal. The ‘Save our Future’ project will allow all youth in the community to play an active role, to learn and act together to address climate change at the local level and to encourage healthier and safe environments. The project revolving around three core components;

2. Community Engagement and Outreach (June 01, 2024 to May 31, 2026)
Sudhaar is implementing a project, “Community Engagement and Outreach” with the support GIZ Pakistan. The project, through the Community Engagement & Outreach strategy provides the overarching framework for undertaking community mobilization at the industry, community, and societal levels through the project. The key principles of this intervention are to simultaneously mobilize individuals, families, and communities, enhancing the employment and employability of women and people with disabilities (PWDs) in Pakistan’s textile and fashion industries.
The project “Community Engagement and Outreach” will work directly with at least 3500 Women and 200 people with disabilities (PWDs) at Lahore, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Multan Punjab and Karachi Sindh, mobilizing them, forming them into functioning groups, and connecting them with a range of services and resources (markets, skills development, and employment opportunities etc.) with textile and fashion industries. Efforts will also be made to train these women to maintain a mobile financial wallet for which linkage will be established with the relevant service providers and private sector.
3. "Inclusivity Through Diversity: Promoting Minority Rights in Pakistan" Project (January 16, 2025 to June 15, 2027)
The “Inclusivity Through Diversity: Promoting Minority Rights in Pakistan” project, led by the Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA) in collaboration with six civil society organizations, targets 13 districts in Sindh and Punjab with significant minority populations. Sudhaar is implementing the project in two districts; Faisalabad and Sialkot Punjab Province. This action addresses the pressing needs of religious minorities by leveraging local partnerships that are grounded in each (civil society) partner’s established relationships and trust within these communities. This approach enables immediate, responsive engagement with local stakeholders and fosters long-term collaboration, enhancing programmatic impact and community empowerment.
