Sudhaar Major Achievements

Since its establishment, Sudhaar has implemented approximately 87 projects and programs in 26 districts of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Baluchistan and Sindh. The thematic area wise achievements are given below

Child Labor:5400 children withdrew from worst forms of child labor
Education:27000 children enrolled in schools, 5700 teachers trained, and 3000 schools’ quality of education improved.
Emergency:25000 communities in emergencies and natural disasters were supported.
Gender:5000 women uplifted from gender-based violence and inequalities.
Governance:85000 people mobilized to be active in local governance issues, and 188000 voters registered.
Human Rights:10152 oppressed and unprivileged communities were ensured their fundamental rights.
Livelihood:850 students linked with livelihood services in various colleges and universities.
Non-Formal Education:23800 children and 5000 women became literate via 780 NFE schools.
Social Cohesion:45000 communities, including youth, bridged for peaceful coexistence and enhanced interactions.
WASH:250000 children and communities were sensitized on water, sanitation and hygiene practices.
Climate Change:13285 beneficiaries including communities, families, youth, children, stakeholders reached through awareness campaign on environmental sustainability and reducing plastic waste.
