Learn and Earn Program designed to complete withdrawal of children from Hartmann Group Supply Chain and enrolling them into private schools located in close vicinity. Paul Hartmann Group, Germany supporting Sudhaar on annual basis since Dec 2009. The program contributes Corporate Social Responsibility to phase out child labour from Supply Chain of Hartmann Group by preventing children from entering the child labour market. Sudhaar with the support of Hartmann Group, Germany able to work directly with 90 children (84 in 10 private schools and 6 in colleges). The strategies which adopted to offer scholarships to working children and siblings to get quality education in private schools. The project targets are to link target children with the private schools, providing scholarships (monthly tuition fee, provision of books, stationery and uniforms), improve health and safety conditions of surgical children and their families, Child Development, Pedagogical development and raise awareness on child rights among all the stakeholders.
