Iram Farheen

Ms. Iram Farheen is currently serving as the Program Manager at Sudhaar Society, Lahore, a position she has held since July 2024. She is leading the project titled “Promoting Employment by Strengthening the Role of Women”, which is being implemented in Punjab (Lahore, Sialkot, Multan, Faisalabad) and Sindh – Karachi (West, Landhi, Korangi, Federal B Area, and North Karachi). In this role, she provides strategic and technical oversight, manages donor-level reporting, and oversees communications.With over 12 years of diverse experience in the development sector, Ms. Farheen has worked with both national and international organizations in areas including women’s empowerment, child education, advocacy, community mobilization, WASH, and nutrition.She has successfully led and managed projects across Sindh, Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), demonstrating strong capabilities in reporting and documentation, team management, module development, and interpersonal communication. She is also recognized as a skilled master trainer.
