He is working in the community Development Sector since 1995 in Pakistan. His total working experience is 39 years. He has designed, implemented, monitored and evaluated programs and projects on; Eradication /Reduction of Child Labour; Improvement of Quality of Education in Public School System; Education Planning; Human Rights; Women Rights & Empowerment; Civic Rights; Disaster Risk Mitigation; Emergency Response; HRD; Pre-vocational & Vocational Training; Training and Career Building. Have worked extensively with government departments, UN agencies, USAID, USDOL, media and local communities. He is good at writing proposals, multi-faceted reports, and English-Urdu-English translation work.
