He has done Bachelor of Medicine. He is a Founder member and was Vice President from 1994-2004. He Managed wide range of programs on child labour in various capacities, formal and non formal education part time and full time (2004-2008), issues of child labor, child rights, government education sector, donor agencies, other line departments and HR management, developed its HR manual, policies and procedures and worked with Sudhaar Board as Secretary. Managed Head Office as Acting CEO, Director Operations, Sudhaar Board as Secretary. Also worked extensively in the field in various capacities. Assisted in establishing ILO NFE Child Labour Project in Kasur and was Coordinator Broad Meadows Middle School for Iqbal. Established NFEs in Kasur with fundings from Save the Children. He was part of DOL project as Coordinator Education Fund, Project Manager ILO time Bound Projects (Kasur,Sialkot), ISCOS (Toba Tek Singh), Football project and Learn to Earn Project Sialkot. His first tenure ended due to his commitment with the government job and non-availability of time for Sudhaar on October 2013.Now he has been appointed as Director Operations from 27th October 2021.
