Board of Trustees

Our seven board members, who are our trustees, govern the Sudhaar Society. They have an integral role in leading the organization and overseeing the strategic direction that Sudhaar Society chooses.

Our trustees are highly experienced individuals who bring diversity and knowledge to the table, having served in different sectors for years.

The board has the following six key objectives:

• It ensures that the Society operates within the boundaries of the relevant legal framework and follows all rules, regulations, as well as a code of ethics and conduct.
• It ensures that it acts with the highest level of integrity, putting the needs of the organization ahead of all other personal interests.
• It reviews Society procedures, programs, and trainings along with reviewing the performance of executive positions.
• It sets long-term goals that are consistent with the Sudhaar Society mission and objectives.
• It reviews budgets and ensures that the Sudhaar Society remains financially secure and sustainable.
• It provides general leadership as well as a sense of direction.

The trustees have placed the Sudhaar staff under the Chief Executive Officer’s authority, entrusted with running the organization according to the board’s vision and the broader goals of promoting peace and harmony in Pakistan.
