Trainings

Human Resource Development is a key component of the organization, focusing on capacity building for government officials, educators, and community stakeholders. This is achieved through a pool of experts in planning, designing, and delivering training programs. The organization has directly implemented 3 projects with support from the ILO and Punjab Education Foundation, enhancing the skills and knowledge of various stakeholders. Some of the achievements are as follows:

  • Designing and development of training modules on multiple disciplines including child labour,
  • Successfully completion of six provincial level ToTs in all four provinces were organized and attended by the dynamic groups 185 persons (Women: 44, Men: 141) who actively participated in the training and demonstrated keen interest and commitment towards addressing CL with the close coordination and collaboration of the relevant law enforcement agencies.
  • Capacity building of Non-formal & Literacy Department of Punjab Government on Education for All (EFA) Planning in all 34 districts of Punjab.
  • Capacity building of Education Department through education development planning from school to markaz level then at district level, Establishment of Education Management and Information System (EMIS) cell, training of officials, school council training and their activation, provision of missing facilities, School Representative Councils, Children Clubs, Health Screening, promotion of health & hygiene and teacher trainings.
  • The organization under the project, “Addressing Child Labor through Non-Formal Basic Education” developed capacity building Module, provided 2-days ToT to 100 Master Trainers finalized by the Literacy and Non-Formal Basic Education Department L&NFBE. The L&NFBE Department Master Trainers trained the 200 NFBE teachers, and the Sudhaar monitor the trainings in four districts: Multan, Khanewal, Mandi Bahauddin and DG Khan.
  • The organization with the support of ILO-IPEC provided 5-days training on child labour through module developed by ILO to 35 government school teachers and 5 officials; Assistant Education Officers AEOs.
